1. Minimum education is diploma/associate degree (D3) in any major.
2. At least 1 year experience in Public Relations / Marketing Communication / Field Marketing. Prioritize those with exposure in Event Organizer or Event Management.
3. Proficient knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office application / Google Workspace, especially Excel / Sheet.
4. Good communication skills with positive attitude and confidence in interacting with different types of stakeholders i.e., internal team and external partners.
5. Proficient in English can be an advantage.
6. Accustomed to working with targets.
7. Own a vehicle and able to drive it when necessary to support mobility.
