We are Flash Group Indonesia are looking for a passionate and creative-minded Livestream Operations Expert to join our F-Commerce Indonesia Team (E-Commerce Enabler business unit) with the specifications as below:
Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible monitoring for all livestreaming activities including account operations, settings and performances.
2. Manage daily livestreaming operations, set up livestreaming categories according to the supply chain and to develop strategic category plans and matching hosts needs.
3. Manage the cooperation among live streaming room, host and supply chain, and coordinate the cross departmental support of content, delivery, KOL and sales team.
4. Build connection and maintain relationship with TikTok official platform.
5. Track and analyze data, preparing reports related to livestreaming activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 1-3 years working experience with leading social commerce, live streaming channels, or similar industry.
3. Fluent in English - excellent oral and written skills.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Must have experience in leading teams, multi-task across projects, problem-solving skills are required.
